A single-storey custom build in the Mediterranean tradition: stucco elevations under a standing-seam metal roof, arched entry and window openings, and a circular motor court. Inside, beamed ceilings and hand-finished wood cabinetry run through an open kitchen and living room, and the rear elevation opens onto a covered loggia, an outdoor kitchen and a full-length pool.
